Like to jog or walk?  Your condo also comes with a scenic jogging route.  You can use the 1000' of riverfront sidewalk for your daily exercise route or for showing the family pet around.  With all the sidewalks on the property, you'll surely get some mileage in trying to cover it all.  The riverfront of the condo complex also has a roped off swimming area with flat rock for the kids and pets to enjoy.  If you like to read, why not bring the book, sunscreen and a lawn chair, or lounger down.  This is multitasking at its best.  Reading your recent interest, sunbathing, and enjoying the refreshing water.
