Along with having a place to call home... your boat will enjoy one as well.  The dock system at Dockside Resorts is big enough to accommodate one boat per condo.  When you buy a condo, you will be assigned your own private spot within the grid.  Have a jet ski too?  There is plenty of space for personal water crafts along the inside section of the dock structure.  Here your small crafts will be further protected from the waves that in other scenarios might not be so nice.  Your condo is also conveniently located next door to Wright's Marine which provide both sales and service to all types of marine vehicles.
