Each condo has an LP gas fireplace.  There's nothing like the crackle of a fire to help set the mood, or warm the heart in the cold of winter.  A large mantle above is a great place to show off the kids', or grandkids' photos.  The space has plenty of natural light coming in through both the window and the sliding door to the front balcony.  At night, the room can be lit up by way of the contemporary recessed lighting in the ceiling.  So which is better, the view of the river, or that of your cozy, maintenance free, fireplace?
