Each building has a rear exterior stairway that is only a second's walk from its respective carport. The rear stairways give access to the condo's master bedroom. Don't need two bedrooms? Use the 2nd bedroom as the master and set up the master bedroom as a rear sitting room or home office. The second and third floor condos have private balconies and the first floor units' rear entries are two thirds below grade. The second and third floor balconies are great for enjoying the summer sun, while the first floor remains cool and comfortable. For everyone's security the carports and rear stairways are lighted at night by way of automatic photo sensors.
